2021 Golden Globes Nominations: Full List of Nominees

- Netflix dominated the Golden Globe nominations announced last week with 22 film and 20 TV nominations for a record-breaking 42 total.
- Mank and The Crown each got six nominations.
- Amazon had 10, 7 for film and 3 for TV.
- In TV, HBO had 7 nominations and HBO Max specifically had two separate from those, Hulu 6. Showtime had 5. Apple had one film and two TV nominations.
- The Golden Globes awards will air February 28th with Tina Fey hosting from New York City and Amy Poehler from LA.

The CW, TNT & TBS To Cross-Air Encores Of ‘Superman & Lois’ & ‘Go-Big Show’ As CW Expands WarnerMedia & ViacomCBS Corporate Collaborations
- We're used to thinking of the CW network on this show as a CBS adjunct since CBS has been more closely tied to it in viewers' minds with things like Supergirl crossing from CBS to CW. But the CW is a 50-50 split between what is now ViacomCBS and AT&T's Warner media. And it looks like the pendulum is swinging a bit more toward the W in CW. Deadline is reporting the CW plans cross-airings of Superman & Lois and Go-Big Show with TNT and TBS and discussing co-financing summer CW series that would premier on HBO Max and air on the CW the next day.

Dispatches from the Front
Does it ever seem odd to you that Brian will often tell us about how he cares so little about money that he can't be bothered to stop his extra HBO subscription, right before asking the listeners to send you guys money? It made me question continuing my Patreon subscription.
- Steve
Hey guys and guest (if there is one),
Listening to you discuss the HBO subscriber numbers, I had this question
Do these numbers factor in someone like me who is in-&-out to subscribing to HBOMax? I haven't subscribed to it until December to watch WW84. I last subscribed a couple months this past summer. I'm out for right now, but plan to re-up for March to see Justice League and Godzilla vs. Kong.
Just curious.
TTFN,
- Audie
Oh dear lord, I don’t care about DC, Zach Snyder but you guys going on and on about it was so funny. You guys make the totally uninteresting (to me) totally engaging.
