Netflix promises at least one new movie every week in 2021
- Netflix really wants you to think of itself as the place for hot NEW original exclusive-to-Netflix movies, not the palce for movies after the 90-day window. Netflix released a star-studded trailer showing off rits slate of movie release for 2021 with 70 titles, more than Disney and Warner Brothers combined. That's an average of more than one new movie a week. They include directorial debuts by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Halle Berry. And Netflix may yet acquire films throughout the year, increasing the list even more.

Dispatches from the Front
I'd just like to say that I also exist in the probably very narrow Venn diagram of people who are fans of your show, and don’t care about Marvel or Star Wars. Sure, I wish the "Spoilerin Time" choices occasionally reflected things outside the Marvel/Star Wars/fantasy universe, but I still LOVE the show.

Hey Cord Killers,
Just had an idea for a feature that I wish streaming services had - a "show me something different" button. After seeing mostly the same old suggestions over and over which I have previously doom scrolled through multiple times, a button that would essentially 'shuffle' who they think I am and give me completely different suggestions (temporarily) would be a brief breath of fresh air and potentially burst my viewing filter bubble. Seems like something it would be relatively easy for a streaming service to implement. Maybe if you mention it on the show, someone with the power to make it so will run with it.
Anyway, thanks for the show which I always enjoy.
Your fractional boss,
- Ben
Hi Guys,
I wanted to make a suggestion for the new year. I love the What to Watch and On the Look Out Segments, but don't have a way to find a list of the shows mentioned when I'm looking for something to watch. I wanted to suggest a dedicated page on the cordkiller.com site to list the shows.
Maybe just the Trailers from YouTube with a short blurb from the person making the suggestion. Maybe the ability to allow us to say if we watched it as well, a Recommend to a friend button, or Planning to watch button. I also really liked when Brian asked Tom for a, "If I liked A, then I would like The Witch, Subversion" That seems like a great way to pick shows. Maybe a #Genre option for searching and a Patreon level to review the show as well. I know big sky dreams but I would definitely settle for simple and a Monthly list of shows.
